Cancellation Policy
Deposits are a non refundable payment, to ensure your arrival to the appointment and confirm the time slot you picked out !!!!!
Already done services are non refundable!!! If there is an issue I will fix it !
If you cannot make it to the time and date you picked , you will have to book with another deposit !!!
I will not hold deposits!!!
No extra guest unless previously discussed!!! or no PETS !!!!
I give a 15 minute grace period!! ANYTHING later than 15 minutes to your appointment is an automatic cancellation!!!
Please if you have to cancel do it before the 24 hour window or you will be charged 10% !!!!!
I do NOT work over foreign work , no soak off , no fills !!!!! If you come with nails on from someone else I will be sending you off no acceptions
If you have to bring your child/children please consult in me !! I will work with you !!!!
